What you Need to know
We will come straight to your desired location and set up. Our friendly staff will make sure everything is running perfectly and the gaming can begin..

We take a £50 deposit to secure your booking, the remaining balance is to be paid on
the day of your event. Deposits are non-refundable.
Not at all. Everything we use is rated for low energy use, so a 90 minute party would
cost less than £2 in electricity.
With access to all of the latest big releases, classics, and some niche titles, we offer
hundreds of games, and we doubt you’ll struggle to find something you’ll want to play.
Furthermore, we can accommodate most requests prior to the event. And yes, of course we have Fortnite.
Absolutely not – as long as there is someone inside the van, we’re parked.
Ideally a driveway or we can park in a safe location with access to electricity. Please
check the required space before booking – our van is 7 metres long and 2.5 meters
wide.
We do ask the adult who is booking to ensure they liase with our staff on the day, Our
staff will be on hand to ensure your event is as perfect as possible the entire time.
Absolutely! We have an awning so you can enjoy the facilities all year round although
we do prefer our VR headset to stay indoors to prevent water damage.
All we need is somewhere to set up and a power outlet (provided we’re not using our
generator) and enough space for us to park our van (roughly 2-and-a-half cars width).
We also need you to make sure that any parking charges are covered.
